Kristen has gained clinical training in a variety of settings such as McLean Hospital’s 3East Dialectical Behavior Therapy Program, Lahey Health and Behavioral Services and Crossroads of Maine. Kristen practices from a non-judgmental, empathic stance and values thoughtful collaboration with clients to support their movement through treatment. Competent in DBT, CBT and Motivational Interviewing, Kristen actively melds her clinical training with a holistic approach to support individualized social, spiritual and physical needs.
