Elliott Day is an experienced and dedicated relational therapist with a strong background in Young Adult therapeutic programming. Since 2015, Elliott has held various roles working with Young Adults, including direct care, outreach and admissions, and therapeutic wilderness field guiding. He completed his Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Southern Maine in 2022 and, prior to joining the Cornerstones team, worked with many families as a Lead Therapist at a hybrid Wilderness/ Residential treatment program.

Taking a client-centered approach, Elliott creates a safe and collaborative space for therapeutic work. He incorporates third-wave CBT approaches, Motivational Interviewing, and mind-body techniques into his practice. Influenced by Existential Psychotherapy and Depth Psychology, Elliott recognizes the transformative power of exploring unconscious processes for personal growth.

Beyond his professional commitments, Elliott enjoys spending time with friends and family, skateboarding, snowboarding, and immersing himself in the natural world. He also has a passion for reading and writing poetry.
