Amanda is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with almost ten years of experience in the mental health field, working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in multiple capacities. She obtained her Master’s degree from the University of Southern Maine and has completed extensive training and supervision in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and trauma informed care. Amanda has LGBTQIA+ competency training and years of experience working with the unique mental health needs of folks in this community. Amanda utilizes a humanistic, collaborative, and relational approach to support clients in building awareness and understanding of their internal experience, in order to facilitate sustainable change and help clients move toward authentic and fulfilled living.  In her spare time, Amanda enjoys singing, writing, riding her bike, and exploring new places.
